Go to your citizen dashboard and click Redeem Civic Code to generate a unique code. Sign in first if needed.

Go to Citizen Profile & Generate Code
2

Copy & paste at checkout

Copy the code shown (it is valid for 20 minutes or one-time use) and paste it into the "Civic Discount" field on the checkout page.

3

Discount applied

When your code is valid and your civic score meets the requirement, the discount is applied to your order.

Code validity

Each code is valid for 20 minutes or one-time use only. After use or expiry, generate a new code from your citizen profile.

Score requirement

Discounts are merit-based. If your civic score is too low, the discount won't be applied. Keep engaging to increase your eligibility!
