Respected Sir, I am resident of Village Tulachhapar where Anganwadi Center No. 272, Anganwadi Name : Tulachhapar (West) is located in Semara Panchayat, Block Kuchaikot. Sir the ANM and ASHA of this centre is not available on the Centre in the working hour and they are asking the each and every pregnant lady as well as newly born baby to visit their home for vaccination. Those who are not visiting the ANM’s and AHSA’s home they are not vaccinating that person. Sir many children and pregnant ladies of the village are not getting the vaccinated-on time and even many children does have vaccination card also. The villagers have already asked them to be present at the centre but they are ignoring the same. Sir requesting you to kindly look in the matter on the urgent basis and visit the centre and take the strict action against them. Thanking You
