Reported Broken Roads in FC9V+WH Hanuman Ghari, Gopalganj, Bihar, India

This Car belongs to a Doctor Who practices at Shivam Ultrasound Center in front of Hotel Kailash. He never parks his car in front of his hospital, he always parks the car at the T point junction (block road merging in Jadopur Road), by this morning verytime the rurning point is blocked and local people has to face traffic congestion due to his illegal parking. He doesn't listen the request, kindly notice him or take action against him so that he doesn't park the vehicle at road junction. Thanks
