Subject: Complaint regarding construction of PCC road A PCC road is urgently required in our village/area. Due to the absence/poor condition of the road, local residents are facing great difficulty in commuting. The situation becomes worse during the rainy season. Therefore, I request you to kindly inspect the site and arrange for the construction of a PCC road at the earliest for the convenience of the local residents. Kindly take necessary action on this complaint at the earliest.

The PCC road has not been constructed yet. The problem still exists. Kindly take necessary action and construct the PCC road at the earliest.
