Civic Score: check it, build it, use it

Your civic score on 1Management reflects your participation and positive impact in your community. The more you report, engage and help resolve local issues, the higher it grows.

What is a civic score?

A civic score is a public indicator of how much you contribute to your community. On 1Management, every citizen has a profile with a civic score that grows as you report genuine issues, engage with other people’s posts, take part in campaigns and follow your complaints through to resolution.

It is not a credit score and is unrelated to your finances. It simply recognises civic participation, and it can be shown as a shareable civic score card with a public link and QR code.

How to increase your civic score

  1. 1

    Report real issues

Post potholes, water logging, broken streetlights and other local problems with photo or video proof and an accurate location.

  2. 2

    Engage with your community

Comment on, like and share civic posts so important issues get noticed by neighbours and authorities.

  3. 3

    Join your constituency

Connect with people in your Vidhan Sabha area through Constituency Connect and vote on the problems that matter most.

  4. 4

    Follow through

Update the status of your complaints and mark issues resolved with proof, so your reports lead to real outcomes.
