1. Request
Email oneapptransparency@gmail.com with the subject “Delete 1Management account”. Include the phone number and, if applicable, email address associated with the account, and confirm that you request permanent deletion. We may verify your identity before acting on the request.
2. What is deleted
Upon verification, we delete or irreversibly de-identify personal account data, including authentication identifiers, profile information, session credentials, and notification tokens, subject to the exceptions below.
3. What may be retained
- Public civic records already published, which may be retained with your identity removed or replaced by a generic label where full removal would impair a shared public record;
- Information we are required to retain under applicable law;
- Aggregated or anonymised data that no longer identifies you.
4. Timing
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Access to the account may be disabled earlier.
