1. Our rights
The 1Management name, branding, software, and original materials are owned by Revtrance or its licensors. Unauthorised copying, redistribution, or commercial reuse is prohibited.
2. User content
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit content to the Services. You remain responsible for that content. Licence terms for hosting and display are set out in the Terms of Service.
3. Infringement notices
If you believe content on 1Management infringes your copyright, email oneapptransparency@gmail.com with:
- Your name and contact details;
- Identification of the copyrighted work;
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised;
- A statement that the information is accurate, and your signature (typing your full name is sufficient).
We may remove or disable access to material and take action against repeat infringers, including account termination.
4. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was in error, you may reply with a counter-notice explaining your rights to the material. We may restore content where appropriate.
