These guidelines apply to constituency chat, civic reports, comments, votes, and related user-generated content on 1Management. They supplement our Terms of Service.
1. Purpose
Spaces on 1Management are intended for local civic discussion and constructive problem-solving. Personal attacks, propaganda campaigns, and content unrelated to local public issues are discouraged and may be removed.
2. Conduct
- Use an accurate display name where required.
- Treat others with respect; disagree without abuse.
- Do not share another person’s private contact or identity details without authority.
- Keep media relevant and appropriate to the civic context.
3. Prohibited content
- Illegal content or activity under Indian law;
- Threats, incitement to violence, or glorification of crime;
- Hate speech or discriminatory abuse;
- Sexual content, including any sexual content involving minors;
- Fraud, scams, malware, or deceptive schemes;
- Spam, unsolicited advertising, or impersonation;
- Knowingly false emergency claims.
4. Public civic records
Civic reports and related media may be visible to others and may appear on public maps or pages. Submit only material you are entitled to share. Do not capture private spaces or individuals without a lawful basis.
5. Reporting
To report a violation, email oneapptransparency@gmail.com with enough detail for us to locate the material (for example constituency, time, and a description or screenshot). We may remove content, restrict access, terminate accounts, and, where appropriate, refer matters to law enforcement.
6. Enforcement
Enforcement may include warnings, content removal, feature limits, suspension, or permanent account deletion. Serious violations may result in immediate termination without prior notice.
