These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Revtrance (“we”, “us”) governing access to and use of https://1management.in, the 1Management Chat applications, and related services (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. The Services
1Management provides civic information and communication tools, including constituency-based discussion and civic issue reporting. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. You may request account deletion as described on our Account deletion page.
3. Constituency association
Where the Services allow you to associate an account with a constituency, that association may be limited and not freely changeable. Attempts to circumvent access controls are prohibited.
4. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, and moderate that content as needed to operate the Services.
You must not submit content that:
- Is unlawful under Indian law;
- Incites violence, harassment, hate, or discrimination;
- Is sexually explicit, or involves sexual content relating to minors;
- Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
- Constitutes spam, fraud, malware, or impersonation;
- Discloses another person’s private information without authority.
5. Moderation
We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our guidelines. Reports of abuse may be sent to oneapptransparency@gmail.com.
6. Civic reports
Content you designate as a civic report may be publicly visible. Reports are not a substitute for emergency services. Contact local authorities in an emergency.
7. No government affiliation
1Management is an independent platform. Unless expressly stated, it is not an official government service and does not represent any public office, political party, or department. We do not guarantee that any reported issue will be resolved.
8. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Services, including by scraping, overloading, reverse engineering (except where mandatory law allows), creating accounts by automated means, or attempting unauthorised access to data or communications.
9. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, branding, and design, are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the limited rights needed to use the Services, no licence is granted. See also our Copyright notice.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. User content is the responsibility of the person who submitted it.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Revtrance is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising from the Services is limited to INR 1,000, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including fraud or wilful misconduct).
12. Third-party platforms
If you obtain an application through a third-party app store, that store’s terms may also apply. The store operator is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide support for the Services.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights you may have.
14. Changes and contact
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the updated “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Contact: oneapptransparency@gmail.com.
