This page describes our child safety standards for https://1management.in, Constituency Connect, and the 1Management Chat mobile applications (together, the “Services”), operated by Revtrance. It is intended for users, parents or guardians, and app-store reviewers (including Google Play).
These standards work together with our Community & chat guidelines, Terms of Service, and 1Management and Constituency Connect Privacy Policy.
1. Commitment
We do not allow child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual content involving minors, grooming, exploitation, or any attempt to harm children. We take reports seriously, remove violating content, may suspend or permanently ban accounts, and may report illegal activity to competent authorities where required or appropriate.
The Services are intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly create accounts for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact oneapptransparency@gmail.com so we can remove it.
2. No one-to-one private chat
Constituency Connect provides group chat only. We do not offer private one-to-one messaging between users. That design reduces opportunities for adults or strangers to contact a young person in private, outside the view of others.
Communication happens in a shared constituency group where messages are visible to other members of that group, which supports community oversight and reporting.
3. AI message monitoring and behaviour signals
We use automated (AI-assisted) systems to help monitor messages and related activity for harmful, abusive, or policy-violating behaviour, and to support early detection of risky patterns. These tools are used to protect the community and to assist human review and enforcement.
Automated systems are not perfect. We also rely on user reports and human review where needed. Users who violate our rules may have content removed and accounts restricted or banned, including on a zero-tolerance basis for child sexual abuse and exploitation.
4. Community and group accountability
Because chat is organised as local constituency groups, members can look out for one another and for younger people who may be present in the community. Neighbours and community members are encouraged to report anything that appears unsafe, inappropriate, or targeted at minors.
Group visibility, combined with reporting and moderation, is intended to create shared responsibility for a respectful and safer space.
5. Prohibited conduct involving children
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Any sexual content involving minors, including CSAM — zero tolerance;
- Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors;
- Sharing a minor’s private contact details or personal identifying information to harass or endanger them;
- Threats, bullying, or harassment directed at children or any user.
Violations may result in immediate permanent ban, content removal, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate. See our Community & chat guidelines.
6. How to report a child safety concern
If you see content or behaviour that may harm a child, report it as soon as possible:
- Email oneapptransparency@gmail.com with the subject “Child safety report”;
- Include the constituency name (if known), approximate time, a description or screenshot, and why it is a concern.
In an emergency, contact local law enforcement or child-protection services first. Our team is not a substitute for emergency response.
